Brian is a managing principal of LL CRE. A fluent Cantonese speaker and a broker since 1996, Brian has been a worldwide top producer as well as an innovative marketer and savvy negotiator with a strong emphasis and knowledge of San Francisco Rent Control regulations and tenants’ rights issues. Brian is very passionate about his real estate business. He can tailor a marketing plan to attract the right buyer for your property.
Brian has 25 years of full-time industry experience, with specialization in mixed-use properties, multiple units, and investment properties. Prior to entering the real estate business, Brian was an estimator and project manager for CRSS Construction Management, Paragon General Contractor, and for his father’s construction firm in San Francisco.
Brian’s educational and professional background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Construction Management and a minor in Business at California State University, Sacramento. He has excellent knowledge of construction budgets, management skills for construction projects, and strong negotiation skills for owners and general contractors.

Jeremy Lee
Jeremy is a managing principal of LL CRE. As a third generation San Francisco native, Jeremy is intimately familiar with San Francisco and the Bay Area on a block by block basis. With over 13 years of combined experience in the real estate industry, Jeremy has been involved in the disposition of over $1.5 billion of commercial real estate.
As an owner of investment real estate, and with experience working with both private capital and institutional investors, Jeremy is well versed in real estate investments of all sizes. Jeremy takes pride in not having a one-size fits all investment strategy. He maximizes value for his clients by bringing a bespoke service and leveraging his deep knowledge of the Bay Area real estate landscape, debt market, and asset management.

Carla Pecoraro
Carla Pecoraro is a Sales Associate of LL CRE. As a fluent Spanish speaker and licensed broker, she focuses on commercial real estate in the San Francisco Bay Area. Carla has worked closely with owners over the last nine years to develop strategies that focus on increasing income and preserving wealth.
She has been recognized for providing comprehensive analysis and a deep understanding of the Bay Area’s complex rental legislation. In her career, she has been involved in the disposition of over $100 million of real estate.
Carla prides herself on understanding her client’s needs and providing solutions to accomplish their goals. Her knowledge of the different phases in the investment cycle enables her to implement strategies that maximize passive income and minimize management responsibility. Originally from Marin County, Carla is passionate about entrepreneurship and sharing her values with her diverse clients. At the age of 18 she started a landscaping business and became a real estate investor by the age of 21. Carla works with investors, business owners, families, and first-time buyers. Chris Leung
Chris Leung is an associate in the LL CRE group. He is a San Francisco native and has a commercial real estate upbringing and background. He grew up in a family of real estate entrepreneurs and possesses a foundational understanding of the San Francisco Bay-Area market. He takes great pride in leveraging his work ethic and knowledge as a local to accomplish clients goals.
Chris has five years of experience of servicing clients. Prior to graduating from Boston University in 2021 he was a summer intern for Colliers International for four years. Outside of real estate he focuses on coaching “men’s development” where he passionately helps young men grow in their fitness, mindset, lifestyle habits, and relationships.
Chris has been a Warriors fan since he was seven years old. Growing up, he played competitive basketball year-round and competed in track and field, where he achieved many notable accomplishments. Chris loves the discipline of weightlifting and martial arts. He has earned his black belt in Kung-Fu and has recently started training in MMA.

Johnny Wu
As the team’s Director of Marketing, Johnny manages the marketing efforts for the LL CRE group. His primary goal is to maximize the potential exposure of each of the team’s listings and elevate the LL CRE brand. His background in design and photography allows him to produce industry-leading marketing content and materials with an agile workflow, leading to quick go-to-market strategies without compromising on quality. He is particularly passionate about social media, having grown his team’s LinkedIn social media following by 1,200% in the first six months of joining the LL CRE group.
Johnny has worked as a marketing professional in Commercial Real Estate for more than ten years. He began his career at Colliers International’s San Francisco office in 2011 where he started as a graphic designer and quickly picked up marketing skills as part of his daily tasks. He was then promoted to the role of Creative Design Manager, where he managed the office’s branding campaigns and its clients’ assets. His most prominent and successful marketing campaigns during this time include the retail listing at Salesforce Transit Center (leased to Aquolina, Philz, Henry Africa, and Fitness SF), One Beach Street (Fisherman’s Wharf), and The Landmark Building at One Market (Google).
In his free time, Johnny loves to travel, motorcycle, watch Warriors basketball and F1, spend time with family and friends, and photograph the outdoors.

Cassie Li
Cassie is an analyst for LL CRE, where she contributes to the execution of commercial real estate transactions. She has 4 years of customer management and project management experience. Her related experience allows her to analyze client/stakeholder needs, manage multiple tasks and teams, and oversee project implementation processes. She loves to work with people with different backgrounds. Her kindness, patience, and carefulness make her competent as an analyst.
Cassie holds an undergraduate degree in math, which she draws upon to extract helpful information from data and apply her problem-solving skills to find solutions to a challenge. She is thrilled to explore her career in commercial real estate with the LL CRE group. Her goal is to utilize her analytical skills to provide valuable insights into real estate investment.
Cassie is a native speaker of Mandarin and Cantonese. She has lived in the Bay Area for a decade. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, discovering delicious restaurants, spending time with friends and family, and hiking with her little Corgi.
